Foam Collar

Every Night Cat 27 is custom built to suit each customers needs.  For customers engaging in frequent patrol and policing requiring boarding operations it is recommended that the Air-Backed Foam Collar be an added solution.  Intercept Boats offers the inclusion of the custom built collar manufactured by CPI Marine.

COLLAR FEATURES:

  •        The collar is constructed of 40 oz. urethane for the outer covering with patent pending removable air bladders made of urethane film.
     
  •        The outer covering has a heavy extruded PVC rub strake.
     
  •        The collar is outfitted with stainless steel D-Rings for tie downs and lifelines.
     
  •        The collar has standard boat rope strips for attaching the collar to the boat.
     
  •        All seams on the collar are heat welded with color-matching seam tape applied.
